Kia ora,
We are inviting participants to join a research project investigating University of Auckland student experiences of paid work and how this impacts their studies, wellbeing and ability to engage in campus life.
We will be exploring the scale, mode, and impacts of employment on working students through the lenses of security, satisfaction, and impacts on holistic wellbeing. We are seeking individuals to share their experiences balancing work and study. By amplifying student perspectives, this research aims to develop resources and policy to improve the study conditions for university students across Aotearoa.
Participation DetailsParticipation involves a roughly one-hour, open-ended, and collaborative interview led by research assistant Java Grant (PhD student, University of Auckland). Snacks and drinks will be provided during in-person interviews.
KohaParticipants who are selected for and complete an interview will recieve a small koha ($50 supermarket voucher) as a token of appreciation.
Confidentiality and LogisticsYour participation is voluntary, and all identifying information will be kept strictly confidential by the research team.
